I heard a story on the CBC radio news this morning where they interviewed a professor at Okanagan university about changes in news media, and they mentioned the Kelowna.com website as a new entry into the area's news. They talked about how Kelowna.com is hiring reporters and has a newsroom like traditional outlets. Nice promotion for them!
