LLL.ca/NNN.ca Recent Sales
I see lots of LLL.ca expiring in the TBR lists every week, but can't find any reports of sales prices.

Anyone care to update what the recent LLL.ca auctions ended up with?

Would be good to post all the recent LLL.ca/NNN.ca sales here

I would like to know as well. The problem is, there have been a lot of private sales.
I am thinking their current value is low to mid $xxx.

snn.ca $500 at myid auction.

I think they also sold tnn.ca after the auction (reserve not met but went to highest bidder for around $400)
