This is hard to answer since there were two interested parties at the same time which may really have only been one. Beyond that I would rather not elaborate

Thanks Ilze, Spex, Msn and others for comments about the sale(s)/site. it promotes the seo value of keyword, descriptive, generic domains when coupled with strong content and proves it by being found on page one google.ca for "domain names". Using domainsales.ca as a pointer we are also keeping a list of sales (as does excellent.ca - Ilze) which I believe collectively helps to get buyers into "realityville". Still get the "you aren't using it" dreamers though.

I agree with that, although I at least get more starting offers of $250 to $1000 now.

Domains I've held for years with no action are now getting 'better' minimum offers, so the trend is getting better and there is some improvement in domain awareness.
