Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I found another screw up by CIRA with the published TBR list today.
http://tbr.cira.ca/tbrlist_p?datet=2010/11/03
Most of the domains are listed twice.. is CIRA trying to send a message here, that they LOVE to do things twice??
10531 . lawken.ca
10532 . lawken.ca
10533 . lawkentech.ca
10534 . lawkentech.ca
10535 . lawlady.ca
10536 . lawlady.ca
10537 . lawnz.ca
10538 . lawnz.ca
But I found sections where they have listed some of the domains, just once, meaning that this is simply not an oversight, but a deliberate mistake...
4609 . customworkz.ca
4610 . customworkz.ca
4611 . cuttingtoolsdistribution.ca
4612 . cuttingtoolsdistribution.ca
4613 . cuyl.ca
4614 . cvcconsulting.ca
4615 . cvcconsulting.ca
4616 . cviliquorstore.ca
4617 . cvseeds.bc.ca
4618 . cvtrainingtactics.ca
4619 . cvtrainingtactics.ca
4620 . cwcc.ca
4621 . cwcc.ca
10626 . leftclique.ca
10627 . leftclique.ca
10628 . leftygolf.ca
10629 . legacychoices.ca
10630 . legacychoices.ca
10666 . lemonaidstand.ca
10667 . lemonaidstand.ca
10668 . lenslender.ca
10669 . lenticularfactory.ca
10670 . lenticularfactory.ca
I will advice you to not waste your time going through this list, untill CIRA fixes this and save yourself some hours of sleep!!!
---------- Post added at 04:10 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:04 PM ----------
Since my earlier post, CIRA has corrected the issue and now the list is complete.
Wow, that was pretty quick and wish CIRA fixes the other issues also with such speed!!!!

There are a bunch of 3rd level names listed as well.
Any gems on this list?
.CA Owners
I'm Looking for Generic 1 or 2 word .ca domains with traffic. $xx,xxx budget - PM me!
Here's Gordon's gift to you all. The scrolling script;
Save the results as an html file.
<html>
<head>
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript"><!--
function myScroll() {
window.scrollBy(0,2)
setTimeout('myScroll()',35); // scrolls every 30 milliseconds
}
if (document.layers || document.all)
myScroll()
//--></SCRIPT>
</head>
<body><b>
<center> Paste domain list here.</center></b></body></html>
Open up excel and create three columns with a cut and paste equal to the length of the domain list.
1st <p>
2 domain list
3 </p>
Sample <p>domain.ca</p>
This will allow all the domains a double spacing making it easier to see each one. You can use a <br></br> if you prefer single spacing.
You can adjust the speed Here
window.scrollBy(0,2)
setTimeout('myScroll()',35); // scrolls every 35 milliseconds
0,2 mean two lines per scroll and 35 means 35 milliseconds you can adjust both those figures up and down to speed up or slow down.
I open notepad and the html file about 3/4 and can then just cut and past any domains of interest. It saves all the clicking.
you can also remove the center tag and it will align to left if that is preferable.
Enjoy!

3rd level domain names have been removed from CIRA's list.
Namespro and sibername still accepting bids on them though.
that's interesting... so whoever picked up TBR names prior and has yet to register the mains is screwed?
Someone going up to $500 for a name at namespro. So something must be a "gem".
For Reported .ca Domain Sales, please visit http://excellent.ca/sold_domains.php
Someone else just bid $555 for another domain.
I am hoping that all the TBRs are this poor from now on. I believe that continuing poor TBR's are the first hurdle in the market developing. If no one has cheap access to quality domains then obviously prices will start to rise.
The next hurdle will be when the discounted names start to disappear. I am guilty of dropping names for cheap on this board and elsewhere. I wanted to thin my portfolio to reduce costs in the long run. I gambled that certain names would have value, then realized that by the time they have value I would maybe cover costs, so I try to sell them for cheap.
It was still significantly cheaper to buy too many and reduce, than try and acquire names later on.
I will be interested to see how many .ca names the Canadian market can support. I would guess that we would max out at 4-5 million, before drops equal acqusitions on a weekly basis.
