With my very limited experience I have learned is that se's like my keyword domains far and above any others. I have also discovered that a simple template treats me far better than parking. If I may be so bold to ask, how does one mine for domains? |

You can just do it by hand and brain but that is a long process. I use DNA Pro which allows me to take lists of keywords and match it with other keywords and then check all the domain extensions... com, net org .ca info biz etc etc.
EG Keyword lawyer with list of cities
Results
vancouverlawyer
edmontonlawyer
etc etc
Very useful. There may be other software out there that allows the same thing.
That being said I engage in very little of it these days.
*******Update
I just had a look at DNA Pro and it no longer appears to support this type of list building. http://www.domainpunch.com/products/dnapro/

And good luck to all on the drops today. I've got my eye on three that I really want, three more if I get them I will be pleasantly amused. |

I'd be interested to know what inga, germanfood and pokeraffiliate are going for on Pool, if anyone cares to post it, thanks.

I have about 70 stupid regs that are going to start dropping next month and leave me with 20 that are profitable. |

Country: | Re: Showcase your .ca's you should toss them in the ccTLD .ca sales thread if your gonna let them drop.. Don't be suprised if someone else might have regged them if they were available. From what I've seen if you dont post a BIN price you wont get any bites. To ask for offers on names without traffic or revenue is not worth the effort for the buyer to run back and forth. At least ask for reg fee before they drop.
as for the privacy whois.. i get privacy on several names from one privacy service over several registrars.. 25% or so of my .ca are in privacy, and maybe another 10% are just different identities.

(for fun I put in bids in the TBR for those names I dropped, but it wasn't meant to be, I wouldn't have minded having them again) - by the way I don't regularly do that. |

I find in TBR names sell for no less than double what you would get in a direct sale.
Looks like ArtBravo got vitimins.. i dont see any return on it.
And pool got pokeraffiliate for post auction. A collector owns the plural of it, you should have contacted him, he may have wanted the singular. he's had his for almost 2 years.
I have perhaps 10 pokernames in .ca and some earn regularily. As a group their cost and regfees are covered with change to spare.

One name today I cant appraise is itune.ca
anyone have a realistic value on it ?
