Thanks for the list. Very nice work.
BUT two possible issues
With the PR note that if the domain was forwarded earlier to another site it might show that it has PR but check the backlinks.
Amerispeccanada.ca-no backlinks
Easypeasyecobaby.ca-no backlinks
Also I'll note that maybe (but not likely) all their backlinks disappeared since the last PR update. The backlinks must stay for PR to stay. The two domain above have ZERO backlinks pointing to them. Also the PR5 site has a few but not enough to give it PR5.
Bottom line before you buy any domain based on PR-CHECK THE BACKLINKS. Another example for you hushlittlebaby will likely stay PR3 it has some decent backlinks.
I've picked up a few .ca PR domains over the years but I've always checked the links before I purchased.

Nahanniforever.ca the PR5 has 48 backlinks.. its pretty good, it will mostlikely keep its PR5 if content is added to the domain asap.
I have some domains that have PR4 for over a year and have less than 5 backlinks. Most important is to keep your content fresh and unique.
Me personally I wouldn't buy a domain just for its PR but if it was a domain in my niche with a PR, I would probably pay more than if it didn't have one.

Make sure you use http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/ to check backlinks. Google will show the forward backlinks.
Nahanniforever.ca has 7 backlinks only.
Lots of words ending in 'z' in today's TBR, probably why the list is over 4,000 domains.
Quite a few decent words/terms this week, especially if you sell costumes - lol.

Yeah someone got Z happy for sure. I did get Z happy once, still regret it.
I really like styles.on.ca too but yeah you're right HG, mutualfunds and senior are huge domains. Senior.ca was probably be owned by a senior citizen that passed away.
Why would someone let mutualfunds drop? Even someone not involved in domains would know that has good value.
The more I think about someone starting a pre-TBR site, where you can list your .ca domains that are about to drop, the more I think it's a good idea. Though it would probably still be as competitive as a TBR, you wouldn't have to worry about which registrar catches it.
DNF has a sales thread for expiring soon domains, but it's all extensions, so you have to wade through everything.
