A little strong-arming with the buyer (I actually know them, same city, small world) and threatened to cancel the deal and get DAC to do a manual transfer back to our control, if they didn't request release of escrow. It worked.
sedo is also modifying their policy with .ca's, IF they get confirmation from CIRA that there is no longer an approval required by the seller.
There new policy is SUPPOSED to be: the buyer is instructed to request the simultaneous RANT and RAR transfer.
If the RAR transfer is only done, sedo will consider that sufficient, as the buyer can change RANT in 2 months without seller's approval.
Let's hope they do it.
