On Feb 8 I wrote to Cira explaining that during a rar-rant transfer the losing rant does not get a notice. I Explained that this makes it easier for a hijack to occur without any express knowledge of it. Cira took this seriously and as of Mar 4, 2011, notice of transfer goes to the losing rant. I tested this by transfering to myself (slightly different rant) and both admin's received the notice. The losing rant notice does not show who got the domain but whois will of course unless private.
