Warning! - Email from scammer

Just got this email, lots of typos, clearly a scam, but the problem is that some inocent people will believe in it...

It's sad how many people call for scams, that are clearly scams, like this?

How many companies actually send out an EMAIL asking you for your password?

Let's assume you do fall for it...once you find out the domain was transferred out of your account. Isn't there anything that can be done? Since it was technically a stolen domain.
