The only premium that was getting any action was FRAUD.CA
It was bid up to $4000 but then disappeared from the page without the usual 3 minute extension to the bidding process.
Not really sure how the premiums work but I think there is some form of reserve Jen...
They make the current offer the reserve to start off and showed the next offer required..
Again..not sure but I didn't see the numbers change on some from the beginning...

We do not call it Premium Auction any longer. Some domains might be Premium some may not.
No bid has met the reserved amounts therefore, we will carry the domains to the next month's auction unless otherwise is required;
We will also implement the 3 minute extension starting nxt months auction.
