A 2 char will cost at least 15 times more.
If you eventually can obtain one below $7,000 as a user, you've got a bargain,

2 character CN? very expensive! I think should be more than 10000 UDS each and few people want to sell them.

One of my friends has "JG.CN" and "JG.com.cn". he mentioned the price to me before. The price was 200,000 RMB = more than 30000 USD for two names together.

Interesting. didn't know 2 char .cn prices has gone up so much. and the prices are native, proves that the chinese domain market has matured.

And the buyers are direct retail, they want to grab their name space as soon as possible while still affordable. 2 char sells low to high $$,$$$, wait for another 10 years this will be low $,$$$,$$$. Many chinese will adapt to .CN than .com, the .CN is their domain extension KING.
