Is there any registrar offering whois protection for your .eu domains?

AFAIK whois privacy is not allowed in that TLD.
Or you need to find a trustee to be the legal owner of the domain.

Indeed, Eurid does not allow privacy. We are offering local Presence for .eu we could act as Trustee.
