DNF$: 6,442 Location: Florida | ABC News Reports on the Domain Market After $5 Million Sale of Toys.com The $5.1 million sale of Toys.com last week continues to draw mainstream media attention to domain names. Yesterday it was The BBC, today it is ABC News. I was interviewed for both stories and, in a new Lowdown post at DN Journal, commented on how the media spotlight is helping raise domain awareness on Main Street. http://www.dnjournal.com/archive/low...s/03-05-09.htm

Country: | It's pretty cool to read how the media is almost "encouraging" the domain industry in this article. It's nice to read about a huge sale in the mainstream media, without all the typosquatter/cybersquatter BS for once. |

Country: | Thanks Ron for the info....its really nice to see stories like this on major media without the inference of domainers being shady characters. Now what we really need is a few major stories that would shine a welcoming light on the domain industry and talk about it being a legit biz and good for the internet. |
