Great exposure for the domain industry -- will help attract money from the sidelines --
Yeah great hopefully people will have more interests on this.
Thankyou Ron
Here's link to copy of bbc article Link
It's pretty cool to read how the media is almost "encouraging" the domain industry in this article.
It's nice to read about a huge sale in the mainstream media, without all the typosquatter/cybersquatter BS for once.
Thanks Ron for the info....its really nice to see stories like this on major media without the inference of domainers being shady characters. Now what we really need is a few major stories that would shine a welcoming light on the domain industry and talk about it being a legit biz and good for the internet.
It's getting closer and closer that everyone is starting to realize that money is in other realms and not just the offline world..
It's exciting to see these types of sales.
Hope this will eventually lead to a better industry.
thanks,great info
The news is all over the Internet. If you type in "toys.com 5.1" at Google, there are over 245,000 pages reporting the sale of toys.com.
