    Great article. I was surprised to see that he grew up using bulletin boards, as I rarely talk to people who even know what BBS'es were. I actually ran my own BBS when I was 10 years old, on an old BBS software called Iniquity... Good times!

    Also, to be a little picky. "Fido net" wasn't an international BBS, but it was an international discussion platform supported by many BBS'es. What Fidonet did was connecting the message boards of BBS'es all over the world, so you could talk to people from India while logging into a BBS in Norway.
