He was obviously helping to cook the books for investors.

I had a picture, but I'm only giving the URL because it is mildly-NSFW: http://img23.imageshack.us/i/dirtyhalvarez.jpg/

Today was truly a very sad day for our industry but in a way this needed to happen.

Hopefully oversee.net can untangle the mess and come out ok (considering all things)

As far as the Nelson Brady dork goes, he might as well get used to the idea of living in a jail cell.

There is no way that he is going to commit such a large scale fraud & cost this company millions of dollars overall (minimum) and not goto federal prison. Hey for all we know this matter goes even farther up the line than just this doomed queerbait though. Time will tell, & greed will get ya everytime.
I'm buying credit, banking, loan, insurance related generics in .com, .net, .org with high search volumes/traffic. Will consider typos too! - PLEASE PM with name, info, & asking price!

Oversee.net shouldn't even be allowed to touch anything...the proper authories should be locking that place down and going through all the files. The dollar amount is too high and the whole thing probably goes so deep that only an outside third party should be trusted to untangle this. JMO

Is Oversee.net on the stock exchange??? or a private company?

    .
Buying .ca domains pm with pricing, will reply ..., thx

Its further proof of the greed and corruption running rampant in every part of our business world. If something isn't done to get a handle on this it will eventually destroy our capitalistic free markets.

This is the very reason our economy is in the gutter now...and its the one thing that can and will destroy the freedoms we all enjoy. In my opinion this is a bigger threat than all the terrorists combined.

If he was driving up prices, he was driving up the value of the company (SnapNames) as well. As being one of the startups and one of the investors in SnapNames, I am sure he profited quite nice from the $25 million sale.

The net worth of a company is going to be based on its revenue and track record. So how much of that was propped up by falsely inflated prices, bids, and sales?

I see this as being no different from insider trading and cooking the books - manipulating the prices to attract potential buyers.

I am sure Oversee.net sees this as the case now. Was the company indeed worth $25million? or only $16mm?

As for allegations, I don't need to provide proof. Proof is in my own SnapNames account and the accounts of hundreds (thousands?) more.

It will be up to Nelson and the SnapNames upper echelon to prove this was not the case.

That will be a failed task.
