If your nearest to Ashland your just east of Lexington. Mapquest says Portsmouth to Lex is an Estimated Time: 2.0 hours 25 minutes Estimated Distance: 114.97 miles.

Yeah, I'm in the middle of the state, Ashland is all the way to the right, so it is a bit of a trek. Lexington, however, is not too far apart from here.
Not too far at all, I've flown and driven many thousands of miles to talk to domainers.

They might...........For me, it Just seems pretty convenient to do it right here at a popular domain name forum.
Obviously Kentucky isn't the domain capital of the world. Wow, I didn't realize how rare of a breed I was being a full time domainer in central Kentucky.
