It should be a great night, should have a good turn out of about 15 - 20 people.

What do you guy's think about doing a mini auction on the night just for something a little different ? Could go something like;
- everyone brings along 1 domain they want to auction off on the night
- let's set a max value of say $300 - $500 / domain so everyone can get involved
- we'll organise to take up the collection of names on the night and host the auction but final transaction's handled between buyer and seller

The ideas just to add a little activity that would be fun for everyone on the night. Would love to hear your suggestions ?

I'll personally take i a step further, what ever we raise from our name sale I'll donate to the ICA http://www.internetcommerce.org/ !

It was a great night, I would call it a success and worth doing again. We will keep you posted on up coming events, but "Melbourne Domainers" is here to stay.

It was a huge success. It was nice to see fellow domainers . Meeting other folks and listening to them it turns out I have decided to pursue this field more aggresively then ever...

I am pretty amazed with anywebcam website and the work that is done with that site..My congratulations and thank you to randall and david for organizing something like this....

I want to personally thank everyone who came along last night.

We had a fantastic showing of about 15 odd people from all walks of life and levels of business. We had many wide ranging discussions about peoples backgrounds, what their up to now and future plans. It was so encouraging to have such frank and open discussions, exchange of ideas and sharing of knowledge. Personally I couldn't have asked for a better night with a better group of folks!

Thank you all again and we're really looking forward to the next get together soon.
