Thanks, Acro. The annoying thing is, it's always something simple that I should have guessed myself.

I believe the idea was already brought up and discussed. Are there really women's domain issues. BTW, my wife and daughters are all female!

There is a lot of sexist segregation going on right now.

There are places it makes sense, such as health issues. But domaining? How is buying or selling a domain different for a woman?

There is a major news story today about how cool it is that there are now "women only" hotels.

I guess the next logical step will be "whites only" hotels...

TY Acro and to answer dhara's question - yes, there are many women in domaining (Mallie and Pink Misfit who posted in here, for example). I also know we have several confirmed female members here in this community (confirmed meaning that they've acknowledged that they're female - eithe rby their name (using the two here - Melissa and Monica).

If she wanted to reg, buy, sell or develop a Woman's cosmetic or health domain, what gender would make the most sense in asking for advice? Think.

I thought this was funny to do the other day..

Filling out an application, it asked me if I was Male or Female. I wrote next to it - YES!

I think personally people make too much out of this whole "women vs men" We aren't equal, there are some things men can do that's more apt for a man to do and there are things as women we can do and is more apt for us to continue doing...

No, I don't mean being in the kitchen barefoot.. I was thinking more along the lines of breastfeeeding, ACK! Can you see a dude doing that. I visualize severe discomfort..

Happy domaining!

Ok, that's a reasonable point.

Absolutely right!
Refreshing to hear a woman say that.

Again, gender is not involved in (or generally even known) transactions of domain registration, domain buying, or domain selling. By pointlessly excluding one gender (or ethnicity), the basis of the exclusion is solely racism or sexism (or both).

There is a reason it's illegal to exclude people from business because of their gender or ethnicity. Google 'civil rights'.
