WHY was 'religion free' thread damned, err, I mean, Closed?

Just curious as to Why the 'religion free' thread below was closed.

I wouldn't want to speculate, but was it more for the content than the subject matter?

Personally, I think most people feel more comfortable towards *any* religion than no religion at all.

I'm not disagreeing with the Action (nor trying to start a row), just curious insofar as if it's alright to have a 'religion-free' group or, as I kinda guess, but am not too sure, was it the 'unpositive vibe' the discussion was producing that warranted the Closure.

It's not a matter of questioning the Mods (I think it was a good decision), just an appetite for appreciation towards DNF's rules and norms, 'tis all.

There is no need for us to make an explanation for each of our actions.
We do take action for the good shake of the community.

There is no issue for any one to form any group but we do have problem when people start to form a group and attack the other groups.

To have a Geo Group or Ethnic/Nationality Group is okay when you're discussing possible places to meet or event planning.

Religion is a personal matter and if you want to have a Religious group or a group of Non-Believers, Doubters or Fence-Walkers, that's your perogative, but do so in a professional manner and show intent to truly establish something other than your ability to create a thread.

i did not form the group to attack anyone BTW- i geniunly thought there is religion free people around, just now realised i must be actually a minority
