Would people be OK with 3pm, you think it will need booking? I would be happy to meet people at Train stations if you don't fancy finding it yourself, or PM me for my mobile number if you think you might get lost

What's best train station for it? I usually get in at picadilly but obviously can take a train to one of the other ones when there.

Is it going ahead? We did say 5 to 8 people and only seem to have 4? Have you made the booking Ginge? If not should we re-arrange?

I can go on demand as such but we really need some way of properly organizing.

Oh right I thought we had 5+ people. I haven't made a booking as I didn't think we'd need one on an afternoon.

Maybe we should re-arrange for when more people can attend?

Probably best if you haven't made a booking. Next time we should probably arrange it over IM longer in advance - hopefully will mean more people will be able to go.
