Yes, let's cool down, guys. I was contacting sedo since Friday last week, including sedo representative who is the respectful member of this forum ;-) and finally got a reply back:

The Sedo auction for the domain Hfp.com was cancelled earlier today and the seller has received a due warning that they cannot do this again without penalty.

As is stated in our terms of use, in section 5.1.2.2. Binding Declaration of the Seller, “Seller further agrees that he will accept the highest valid offer made during the Auction Period so long as the Auction Period was not cancelled by Sedo in accordance with these terms and conditions. Once the Seller enters a Domain or Web Project as an Auction, he is prohibited from offering or selling this Domain or Web Project anywhere else other than within that Auction.’
Money has been wired to Escrow account today and the sale is now pending status on Ebay.

I will update the thread right after the name will be pushed into my GD account and request it to be closed.

    Cheers,
    -DNP-

I'm actually surprised that sedo canceled the auction, especially since another member here - turNIC - had the high bid. sedo refused to do so with one of mine, when both the buyer and I requested it to end early. I hope turNIC does not get mad because if I were in his shoes I'd blast both the seller and Sedo beyond belief.

Are you the highe bidder on Sedo -- if not, keep your nose out as this matter is none of your business. Keep your nose out of my business, because you REALLY don't want me poking around in yours.

    Don't say I didn't warn you ....

The way I read your last post is you have just invited someone to 'blast' the seller of that domain. I am not the seller, but the seller is my young female cousin, a young single mother with 2 young kids.... and you are telling someone to 'blast' her ?

Now I don't know quite exactly what you meant by 'blast' ... but, it most certainly throws up a lot of dangerous connotations to me - hence the reason I sent you the pm warning you, and you really should have taken that warning. I don't know you either, I just know that you make dangerous comments on forums, and nobody really knows just how serious or even how dangerous you might actually be. For all I know you might have a criminal record as long as your arm, or convictions for assault, or maybe blasting young mother's is a speciality of yours - I really don't know, but I'm most certainly going to make it my business to find out.

When you go around inviting people to 'blast' a young mother just because her daughter actually happened to have injured herself at a time when an auction she was monitoring was closing, no I'm sorry, but this really needs to be taken further. You sound like really dangerous individual to me.

Your "young female cousin, single mother of 2 kids" (one hurt during tae-kwon-do lessons) owns an LLL.com since 1996?

I think you should visit your local HMS office for some treatment; you clearly ran out of medication.

Cut the drivel and complete the sale; I would not want to be in your shoes should eBay or sedo decided to whip your ass. You're on the edge of being banned here as well with this kind of attitude.

Im shocked that the administrators of this board are actually allowing someone like you to run around saying the things that you are saying.

I got the impression that this forum was pretty much populated by serious minded business professionals - you even hide behind a website and a company that conveys that impression - but when it has dangerous people like you running around it and inviting people to 'blast' others over an unfortunate situation ....

Just how dangerous are you buster? You are really starting to crack now by the sound of it.

OK so we're all in agreement then.
Please, from here forward lets have just the two parties to the transaction participating.
