DNF$: 0 Location: Rio Grande City, Texas | smashfactory, I posted sold to IJOQ.com for 100. I sent in payment via payment to you but in the notes sections I put by mistake IJOG.com. It was just a typo in paypal not here. Why were you in such a hurry to refund my money and sell it to Ebatcave? I posted sold to IJOQ.com here. So I believe a quick pm to me would would have rectified this mistake. Will a Mod Please look into whether this is right or not. Thanks

Country: | i am sorry cowboy- i have had people ask me how much for IJOG, and i have to explain it was a q not a g- when your paypal payment came in it said in capital letters- for IJOG- it seemed like you thought it was for iJOG.
i pmed you and refunded you (the wrong way apparently- will fix that) and didnt post back on the forum till 11:18 when i didnt hear back from you.
i apolgized- i dont know what else to say. ebatcaves 100.00 is not more special than yours. |

DNF$: 0 Location: Rio Grande City, Texas | All I would have asked from you is a pm to rectify the situation. If I had not replied to your pm, lets say within 12-24 hours, then I wouldn't have fault you for refunding the money and selling to next one in line to post sold. You didn't even wait one hour. I don't think this was right. |

The typo you made in the notes is an issue the seller made a judgment call on, but should have consulted with you first before moving onto the next buyer in line. Now that you still want the name and the mistake was infact a typo and not a deal-breaker as far as you were concerned is where we encounter the legitimate problem. Seller should do the right thing being that you do infact want the name and did spell it correctly when posting sold. Please work it out! |

Country: | This "issue" shouldn't be hard to solve at all. The domain is entitled to UrbanCowboy, end of story.

Country: | i did pm urban as soon as i got the payment. i saw he was online, and his user name was shown viewing this thread.
it was nearly an hour before i pmed batcave.
i dont know what else to say. it was a mistake. maybe i should have waited longer. this name has been posted several times with no bites and where there was some interest i did not want to lose it when i thought cowboy thought he was buying ijog.
i cant apologize deeply enough. i have been on this forum for awhile and have excellent standing and have never ever screwed anyone. i am sorry urban, i really am. |

I am sure this is a sad mistake, even though I disagree that Smash should sell the domain to the second bidder before consulting with the original buyer.
I'll stay out of it, but I think the professional way of dealing with this problem is: 1. Smash refunds $100 to ebatcave. 2. ebatcave pushes the domain to UrbanCowboy. 3. All three parties are happy.

i cant apologize deeply enough. i have been on this forum for awhile and have excellent standing and have never ever screwed anyone. i am sorry urban, i really am. | I usually have a couple of programs opened at the same time. Always looking for domains at various sites. I was browsing NP for others domains. When I felt you had had enough time to push my domain and went back to DNForum to check if you had done the push and to my surprise you had stated that you had refunded and money because of a typo in Paypal. I posted sold here at Namepros at 9:39am US central time and at 10:18AM US central time, you offered it to Ebatcave not even an hour (about 40 minutes). I think you should have waited a little more since payment had already been made. On top of that, I you did the refund wrong and I got back about 93. I lost 7 dollars that I never got.
What done is done. I have sold a few domains to ebatcave and I think I have bought a domain from you. You can go ahead with the transaction with Ebatcave but we need to work things out so I can get my 100 dollars back. |

Country: | it has been sent back - there is nothing to work out. i still cant figure out the refund paypal thing so it was just sent regular- i already told you i was trying to figure that out, and even ASKED you how you did a refund thing as opposed to sending straight money as i never refund i just send money. so please dont make it sound like i was trying to keep your 7.00. i already went over that with you. i sent it the regular way via the send money link. and i offered you my other domain for free to try and make this up to you.
i said it was a mistake, i said i may have went to fast when i didnt hear from you. it all in the thread. i refunded your money, and offered you a free domain.
i dont know what else i can do for you at this point. |

DNF$: 0 Location: Rio Grande City, Texas | I was not accusing of you of trying to keep the 7. I knew those 7 dollars we lost through fees because you didn't actually refund the money but sent payment to me instead. I answered your pm on how to do refund in Paypal. You sent me $10 to covers fees instead. You did offer me the other domain listed here - free of charge for the mix up. I refused it because that's not the way I work. I just wanted my money back and nothing more. I now have my money back and I'm willing to put this behind if you also agree. No hard feelings from me. |
