Not surprised. That is what often happens when you try to sell a good name to resellers with a goal of buying cheap to flip it or later resell themselves!
Too bad there is no end-user or long term investor board.
I believe you are quite active wth eBay. Is that a better venue vs forums as ar as sale price goes?
Well, I use to sell on eBay often, but not any more. I may revisit the option but currently I am not in a position that I "have" to sell.
It's to bad really that domainers do not notice a good deal when they see one or let alone do not take a Chance on making a fair offer that would make me say, ok, that's fair with me. I always tell people that I am always open to fair deals. Heck, if somebody would of offered me $500, I prob would of taken it. Just nobody had the marbles to offer it.
Domainers feed off the 3Character.com price guide way to much. I wrote a post the other day about LLL.org's and expressed how under priced these domains are and provided the average selling price on sedo for this year. It didn't surprise me to see offers in the $300 range here, but with average prices on sedo for all crappy letters is in the mid $300 range and high $900 range for all premium letters (not pronounceable, mind you). These are not even End-User prices on Sedo, but what can you do....
