not "quibbling" - waiting 2 days for payment at this point so making the offier that if someone takes them "now" at $3550 and pays "now" its a done deal. The $3500 guy has been saying "done" for 2 days, but i have yet see payment....a deal aint done til money is in hand!

Well, if you agreed with this person that it was a "done" deal, 2 days isn't a lot of time to give for payment. One to seven days is regarded as reasonable once a deal is struck. I'm not wanting to crap on your thread but a deal is generally "done" before money is in hand. Unless after a reasonable period of time, you haven't been paid.

i told him that its money in hand is "done", to each their own and i have a bunch of good itrader on here, np, dp, and have sold on SP and my ebay is 100% positive. i told the guy that its first person to put money in my hand, if he told me to wait a few days than thats one thing, he keeps telling me he's going to do it.....being that my career and biz is sales than i'm all too familiar w/ people saying they'll do something & not. So in this case, i need the $ after a very costly 2200 mile move.....so its first person to pay gets them.
