Well, Matt.
Obviously you are doing something right...I am seeing decent traffic and clicks on Bodis with my IDN's.
These were names that were not converting at sedo and Namedrive.
Very cool. Its only been 2 days but it already looks better than the above mentioned.
Good to hear. Let it settle.
Bring more lol.![]()
Very positive results in a short period of time.
I did bring more. Many more (non-idn's).
They were not converting at either sedo or Parked but are doing quite well at Bodis.
Best conversion I have seen with IDN's.
Many had ZERO traffic at every other parking company but now have traffic? Not sure how all of this works, but I guess as Matt pointed out, the other parking companies just do not optimize foreign traffic.
The thing I don't understand, if there are searches and traffic are there, then why is there a difference where you park? Traffic is traffic and it should not (in theory) make any difference where you have it if people are searching for it.
What are the nameservers to be used? I signed up at Bodis but did not see a notification of whar to use.
Thanks.
chamac
I have also moved several non-idn spanish and portuguese domains over to bodis and they are also doing very well...far better than what I have experienced at sedo.
That's good to hear!
We actually have a lot more work left on international to help you make more money.
Soon we will have a multi lingual keyword system so I expect that to improve revenue for international domains.
Matt
It looks like you are ahead of the curve already with IDN and multilingual.
Honestly, I do not understand why I can take a name from Namedrive, sedo, or Parked that has zero clicks and revenue and within minutes or hours it is performing well at Bodis.
This tells me that the traffic was there, the searches were there, but the others were just not capturing the traffic.
And I'm not just talking a couple of names or a few clicks.
Hey,
Yes definitely some plans to change the Bodis.com website. That is one of the next big things on my list that is currently in planning stages.
In terms of the charting and details about domains - it is something I have on my end but don't give the users yet. I would love to offer it in the future, but there's just a lot of important things ahead of it, like an actual website/home page that makes sense to new users - which is what I am concentrating on next.
Once everything is completed the way I have it planned, I'll start looking into the additional features and functionality. I want to make sure people know what Bodis is, so we'll need a different home page, and I concentrate on making everyone the most money. Those are the two most important for me.
Bodis is your #1 cure to PPC blues. Thanks Matt and keep up the good work. Will be moving a majority of my names there soon
Peter
Whois?
Non-dot coms, foreign language, and IDN's are doing fine for me there.
I do have dot coms there as well.
Simply put, some domains do better at different PPC companies.
