i suggest that you review all the domains you have listed and their prices.

if a domainer posts sold for one and you get a higher offer somewhere else, then you could always say "i made a mistake with pricing".

we don't play those type of games here, so please take the time to insure domains are priced correctly

It's not a game, it's a standard caveat for selling hundreds of names at very cheap prices. It protects me from inadvertantly selling a $100 name for $5. It's also not a "make offer" sale - it's fixed price. I have already sold hundreds from this sale with this same language included (this is a revised list) without incident. So your concerns - not to mention your assumptions about playing "games" - are unwarranted.

I will add that sales will be determined by timestamp and - in the unlikely event a name is claimed twice before I have the opportunity to update the thread - I will gladly inform the losing party of the other thread where the name(s) in question were previously claimed.

the statement of "playing games" is not directed towards you personally, it was mentioned because there have been incidents where members have taken higher offers elsewhere, when a member has posted "sold" here.

especially since you state that this is a "multi-forum" sale.

another member may have had interest and expressed concerns about your fine print. that fine print in itself, without further clarity could be a loophole for the type of "game playing" which we try to prevent.
