.asia pool auctions

umm... is there some secret site for .asia domain auctions? i know that they have yet to start it, but i dont see anything where .asia auctions would go. Is there a special link for .asia auctions only?

Would like to prepare the link before hand

I am the same. No info from my registrar as well as from dotasia. Frustrating.

You will get an email before the auctions starts, the registry website still lists:
.ASIA LandRush Auctions
Coming Soon!
(LandRush Auctions have not yet started)

No one know when the auction starts, not even the registrars got any informations regarding that yet so they can't inform you.

Hey all,

There is a lot of confusion around the DotAsia auctions because the Sunrise applications are still being processed. While this is going on, Landursh applciations are still being accepted in case the Sunrise application gets rejected. A SR auction could even be held and if no one bids, then the domain will get passed along to the next "phase" meaning landrush applicants will get a chance at them as well.

DotAsia has published an updated on the current schedule which might clear up some questions... check out:

i thought that i would participate in an auction earlier as i live in Japan but my passport is American. does that have anything to do with this? or did i just did something differently?

There is a lot of confusion as its bloody confusing!

you need a degree to work out, who,what,when,how etc - information was not exactly forthcoming to say the least.
