.Asia why these domains are going on auction (without me)?

I don't know why but in the last hour i'm getting a bunch of emails from GoDaddy stating as follow:

Dear XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX,

We regret to tell you that BOOKS.ASIA could not be registered in your name because your application was denied by the .ASIA registry. Your registration fee will be returned to you in the original form of payment (the application fee is non-refundable).

We value your business and thank you for choosing GoDaddy.com, Inc. for domain registration. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to call us at (480) 505-8877 or email us at support@godaddy.com.

Now, the above mentioned domain is already live and pointing to a ppc page. Was I supposed to be invited to an auction for this?

I got some too. I was denied. But i qualify as i live in Japan.
WTF!?
I called GD and they had no idea.
as for the application fee, i was told that there was none. registration fee is returned.

I "think" that there were some applicants that had some trademark. or they checked our bank account

This domain got registered through the sunrise period, therefore from a trademark owner. I guess you tried to register it through the lundrush period (GoDaddy shouldn't have accepted this registration).
If you would have applied with a trademark during the sunrise period you could have participated in the auction.
