- the .nl is the fourth largest ccTLD in the world (after .de, .cn and .co.uk) with over 2.800.000 registrations
- since a couple of weeks the .nl is larger then the .eu (check www.extensiemonitor.nl)
- since Feb 28 08 purely numerical domains are available after a Sunrise and a Landrush.
