I think in relation to such crap like dubaitravel.me
or homeloan.me it must be worth a few hundred bucks
or more, because it makes sense and is a kind of funny.
Start to develop a nice minisite like a comic or
funny adult site and it will generate a good revenue.
A "Date a Model" site would be also nice
girls can get member of the site, and post a photo and a goal, for example 1000 us$ she is willing to undress herself....
visitors can make a donation, as soon as the "1000$"is hit the people that funded it get to see her naked

There are zillions of free flash games out there where you have to undress the girl. You could make some money putting those games up there...

the name does have a natural "peep-show" value to it.
Live Cam Girls, donate to undress, adult games, etc.
Develop and then sell. This will indeed multiply the price tag by factor 10 or more.
