    bidding rights ...v2

    is it possible to obtain bidding rights by purchasing other person's account ?
    could there be problems with this ?

    Do you mean simply transferring ownership of, for example, a GoDaddy account? If the original owner is fine with that it should be ok, although I presume they would delete their CC details before the transfer. You'd get all their .me pre-reg's though since you couldn't do it per .me
