I can see dot ME they still growing very fast nearly 1,5 Million Dot Me pages in google now.

give it a chance... there's going to be some cute/catchy names but after that I think .me is going to fall short of the high expectations.

The .me names just needs more time so more peaple get to know it, only been out there for 3-4 months.

I am sure in 1 years time the good me domain names will have increased 10 to 20 times in value.
