It's in auction right now and is over $90,000...
Why would anyone pay that much for a trademark?

Well my question is why is GoDaddy/.me allowing trademarked domains being auction. I am sure they know toyota, facebook and a whole bunch of other names are trademark property of others.
Since godaddy is a private, for-profit company i wonder if they can be sued by Toyota for selling their trademark on their auction and profiting off their name.
Do they know its a trademark? Yes. Will they take the money? I bet yes.
Just to prove that something is inherently wrong once again with these auctions. Mind boggling to me.
What other trademarks is godaddy making money off? i am sure they are aware of this. But they choose to still make a profit. I wonder if this falls in cybersquatting. Can a registry/godaddy be able to profit off somebody else's trademark and are they liable?
i thought toyota would have grabbed it already when trademark reg's were being taken
