I did some aggressive list mining today. scanned tons of .me
some interesting tidbits.
all cities of population plus 6,000 in Maine (postal abbreviation ME) are regged .. except one: Waterboro.me
checked most of the largest city zip codes (eg. 04100.me for Portland Maine) and they were all taken, but I only checked the largest of the cities, nothing below xx,xxx population.
I scanned over 3,000 one word .me and have a list of hundreds still available.
To be honest I'm not sure if they're worth the investment for myself. Kinda pricey @ ~$40 at Moniker.
Of course premium generics are going to be worth it in almost any extension.
There are still some great domain hacks left too.
I'd like to hear more debate on what if any market there will be for .me.
anyway, here's a very small smattering of availables I logged in some less popular starting letters, and a few hacks. I think at this point I'd rather sell my list (for a very nominal fee of course), rather than speculate. PM me if interested. If there's enough interest maybe like $5 dollars for list and I'll send it out simultaneously to everyone. just a thought.
