for the two .nets, neither of the .coms are developed, so you could build a nice niche site for the locals and tourists. If you search google you will notice it autocompletes the names of the cities with terms like 'real estate', 'restaurants', etc. so there are businesses to be marketed to in this area and potential revenue, maybe a local directory listing or direct ads placements, lead gen, etc.
