Hi!
I have 29 .IN domains which have got expired, and for their deletion, 10 days min to 25 days max are there.

Can I put an auction mentioning "As the domain has got expired, we have to renew it for your for a year at lowest possible market rate of $11.99 / yr so to push it to your reseller account."

Will this be valid for $1 auctions

General consensus?

If no sniping rules are in effect for an auction, and there are snipers adjusting their scopes, when should the last acceptable bid be? If .... for EXAMPLE, the auction was stated to end at 9:00, should the last acceptable bid be 8:59:59 or 9:00:59?

Mods / Admins are there to take action on the user as per the DNForum spectrum is concerned.

Still, if you are in hurrry, You can approach the second best bidder ...
