2 Letters for other countries - worth it?

I was wondering if even registering 2 letter domain names for other countries was worth it. Extensions like .tc, .ms, crap like that. Registration costs are quite pricy for those names, but is it worth it?

In my own opinion, this will be useful only if you will develop a website. The global effect of internet, the .com .net and .org still the most recognizable domains, though .info & .biz are taking a piece of share in internet business. Some ccTLD are also useful to register such as .us .ca .uk .de because of low cost registration and domains marketing approach.

Reminder, beware of registration restriction of ccTLD.

    Hope this help.
