4 letter .nets - worth it

I have found 17 4 letter .net domains that are availible. Since I am a newb I am not sure if they are worth reg'ing just because they are 4 letters.

They aren't proper word or anything.

Hello DMarkel, In my opinion from a "domaining" standpoint, NO, Actually 4 letter .Com's become available to hand reg every day or at least every so often. There are many 4 letter .Com's that are sold for less than Reg fee as well.

    Interesting.

I was looking at domains that sold on http://dnsaleprice.com/SalePrice.aspx and saw what some 4 letter .nets are selling for. Some in the list had no apparent meaning when Googled and sold for high $xxx and low $xxxx.

Curious. Why would a domain sell for less then the reg cost?

    Dave
