Tell them you will transfer the domains for a transfer fee of $100. That will solve the problem and put a little money in your pocket. It has worked twice for me.

You are not seriously thinking of beating Thomas Cook in court, are you?
Profoundly influenced by #Bauhaus, @Nameslave unrepentantly embraces #Minimalism in his #multimedia portfolio. His early works include an experimental adaptation of Chekhov’s Cherry Orchard inspired at least partly by Robert Fripp. His totally irrelevant M.Ed. dissertation examines Organizational Culture and Change Management.
Try finding a person with the name and put some pictures of him on there and a short bio. Or split the name in a header saying "Welcome to the personal site of tom as cook, the site of master chef Tom". Kinda like Yan can Cook.
Whoops I mean tsk tsk naughty naughty for registering tm mispellings on purpose.
I somehow doubt the authorities would let you reg a name that is similar to another company in the same country, they regulate company names unlike domain names to stop that kinda thing. Though I could be wrong.
so is moving out of the uk a bad idea?-just joking!

Why in the blue hell do you register names which infringe trademarks? Nobody makes $$ out of reselling trademarks...infact you are more likely to loose money this way.
There are some very sell-able names available for registration. Why dont you just put in some effort to mine good names.
Besides hard work has never killed anybody (yet).

You and Joe should get along well. He's a cybersquatter too. Your busted!![]()
Mike
I heard some one do the same thing
but phone number in other country
mail is p.o box
company with the trade mark could not find them
Your choice of a title for this thread in a public forum does not help your case muchIn such a case of self-defined "trademark infringement", I would recommend offering to transfer the name(s) to them for reimbursement of your registration/holding cost, but add that you would be willing to transfer them for free "if they insist." Just my two cents.
It would not help any but losing your name soon. False contact infos would be considered as BAD FAITH that is a shortcut to lose your domain.Originally posted by amhitvl

Miles
P.S. But "domaincomics.com" is regged. Goh?...
Depends what you call sell-able.
wiseguygroup.com
As found in the fish.net thread f***.us still not registered, could be good for restaurant. "come to f***.us restaurants, when you say the special words 'f*** us!' your whole dinner party gets a 10% discount plus the chance to end up in hospital"
fair few screw*.com available, perhaps adult site potential?
Anything is sell-able if you can make it look good and find a buyer. Might just take more effort nowadays than it used to.
best name should be tomascook.com LTD.Originally posted by gsk008
