Anyone knows how to contact OwnIdentity.com?

A domain was grabbed by snapnames.com, and the control panel was at bigrock.com.

When I tried to tranfer it out, I found I cannot change the registrar lock. I contacted Bigrock.com, they told me the registrar connection with OwnIdentity.com was shut down, I have to contact OwnIdentity.com myself.

However, I tried to contact ownIdentity.com, they never responsed.

    Any idea?

I also asked Bigrock.com to contact them, but it seems they also failed.

    I would complain to Snapnames.
Snapnames will contact BigRock which will make someone look into it.

    Good luck.

You can also register a complaint with Icann. But, you will find Icann will not get involved past this form.
