    Question .ba domains...

    I was wondering if anyone has any .ba domains?

    I see that "Local presence is required" and that it is $499 for 2 years...

    Find a webdesigner there and pay them a nominal $50 a year to let you use them to register domains.

    Get a bank account in local currency if you have to send cheques, most inter/national banks will provide them in any currency you need - I'm pretty sure the fee will be far less than $499/2yr

    .ba does not seem to be very popular, personally I would be wary of registering any because the future of Bosnia is less than clear to me

    very true... some very nice domain hacks available though...

    Makes you wonder what could possibly happen to domains if a particular country has "issues" or uncertainties such as what could possibly happen with a country like Bosnia...
