I am working on a project and wanted to see if anyone here could suggest a Lawyer/Attorney who has experience with putting together Non-Disclosure agreements, Copyrights, Patents and Trademarks.
I am looking at several different places, but I thought posting this here wouldn't hurt knowing we have quite a few developers here.
Thank you and any and all comments/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys, will contact a few of the DN attorney's on here.

I would suggest you look for a competent business attorney for the size business you are, and who works in the areas you will need their assistance.
Your business accountant or business banker may be able to recommend a local lawyer that meets your needs. Your local bar association has lists of members by specialty as well.
Ours filed our firm's incorporation, and does the required annual filings.
My opinion, stay very local if you can.
