The domain is registered at MarkMonitor, which I thought specialized in not letting a company's domains drop...
Do you think Capital One will try to get it back by legal means or buy it back quickly? Or maybe they don't care?

unless you legal name was Mr. Capital One - then you might have a chance...maybe... hehe
perfect! - slang for "leave guns alone" you could start a community involvement site preeching the dangers of hand guns...
im going to name my CAT Capital One, would that work![]()
i already named my kids: VISA, Disney and Ford - just incase they drop...)
Maybe the WIPO/ADR decision wouldn't be so certain after all ;-)
you think they would have had it set for auto renew
here's an idea - what if i owned a Capital one card - would that make it ok
It's sad to see people placing backorders and bidding for domains that in the end are neutered and unusable.

This makes MarkMonitor look like a joke.
it`s a .net , anyone can go after and have a right to it, if Google drops its Google.com does not mean automatically they can have it back, it depends on what use you do with it and the fact that they dropped it its a very bad point on any future claim

worthless domain. its not worth much to the company, and they can easily get it back if they want it.
