    Credit Cards @ Moniker

Until recently users at Moniker could fund their accounts and delete the credit card info from Moniker files. You can not do this any more. If a user entered the CC info it stays their permanently. You only have the oprion to make the CC active or inactive. No option to remove the CC info from their files once you have completed funding your acct. Moniker has implemented this without informing the the users.

The other risk is, if you fund someone else's acct using your CC from your own acct, the CC info at your own acct disappears and all that CC info will be written to receipient's acct, again you have no option to stop/delete this. This is a breach one's privacy. Moniker should not allow this to happen. And they should re-introduce the option to delete the CC info.

Others opinion in this regard is very much appreciated.

Bloom - that is not true. Yes you can remove/delete the credit card on file. It does not have to stay on file permanently.

If you need asssitance removing your c/c on file, you can either open a ticket with support or email me directly and I will assist!

I just sent a big check to Monte to cover your overtime work for after hours/weekends and holiday.

Have Monte call me when you have your next review.

Bari is amazing what with all the time she spends helping at the forums and on holidays too, and also finds time to post on Facebook.

Noticed this today when renewing some domains and was wondering what it means? If you don't know the answer it's no big deal Bari so no need to spend time looking into it especially on Thanksgiving day as it is probably not real important but is mostly a curiousity.

Thanks Trader - I think it just means having pre-paid funds in your account avoids wait time. (Meaning, the funds are there and ready to go when you need them)

    Happy Thanksgiving!
