And they don't have to know anything about WHOIS, they just have to know how to google your name.

I remember whois privacy was used as a support argument to make a finding of bad faith in some UDRP decisions.
Yes, whois should be correct... But the are tons of mailforwarding services worldwide and one can always set 100% correct postal address in many countries... together with a phone number (answering machine forwarding voicemail to e-mail). Sort of your own private whois privacy service![]()
