I agree the domain is of questionable quality. I had only very minor interest in acquiring the domain.
Truthfully, I am more intrigued how Mr. Schilling was able to receive the domain in question w/o it going to auction.
That is the more interesting story to me as it effects my strategy on future domains that are going to go into pend/delete if Mr. schilling has the opportunity to cherry pick from NameJet for cash offers up front

The domain was/is with eNom and wasn't truly in pending delete![]()
I suppose they are business partners and that is ok when one is CEO and another is domain name owner for example.
This domain was in pre-release and was won in auction with 29 bidders, all fair and square.
