Does anyone have all or any of the following domain name statistics:

1. How many domain names have been registered in total since the start of the internet?

2. Does anyone know how this is split? .com, .net, .org, .co.uk etc

3. How many domain names were registered in 2006, 07, 08, 09 and what is expected for 2010? Does anyone have the split, .com, .net, .org etc?

4. How many domain names expire on a daily basis? Do you have the split .com, .net, .org etc?

5. Out of the domain names in existence how many are actually used as fully functioning websites? How many are parked and how many have nothing?

Any other stats would be most welcome
