Domain Traffic Stats in Sedo . How much accurate It is ?

I want to buy few domains with traffic . I search on sedo and find many domains with out any index pages or links have high traffic listed there .

Any one have any idea how much accurate the traffic status that is showing on sedo ?

It is accurate. However you can inflate your numbers pretty easily. So it can be misleading, just like alexa.
