    They are probably random domains that people listed for sale on Pool.

    There is a lot of junk in that list, not to mention TMs.
    But as long as a name is in that so-called hot list some people will think they are good and backorder them regardless
    If you get sued it you will be left holding the bag. In the meantime they pocket the money.
