godaddy Capture successful and in 10 days- Capture Unsuccessful !!!????

Does anyone have the same experience with GoDaddy?

I backordered 2 domains
SPECELEC.COM
TMEDIA.NET
and on 13 May received godaddy confirmation that both domains were successfully captured. Both domains were received, I parked both with sedo.
But today on May 22nd some strange thing happened.
I received another godaddy email telling that both domains were not captured successfully and another email that "per my request both domains were cancelled from my account"

Any thoughts?

call them and talk to a rep and see what went wrong!

maybe the owner renewed them and thus you can't have them now.

Have never heard of this. Once you are awarded control of the domains, they are technically yours (and should be for numerous reasons) and should not be subject to retraction. As stated, call GoDaddy. Insist to speak with higher personnel at first sign of run around.

Contact support during the week during business hours and see what they say.

Same thing happened to me. Contacted support they said nothing to do. I called up lawyer and finally account rep said they would give me the domain.

Around 6 months later domain is still not in my account.

GoDaddy sucks.
